The University of Montana has Known of Massive Rape Issues for Year. I TOLD Them, I have Been Ignored for Years.

"The Department of Justice is calling claims that a Montana college and its town failed to properly investigate dozens of sexual assaults “very disturbing,” and is launching its own investigation.

The University of Montana, in Missoula, has been under fire for months over how it's handled a slate of reported sexual assaults, including an alleged gang rape by members of its champion football team, the Montana Grizzlies."

"The ongoing controversy began in late 2010 when several sexual assault allegations, including two women who said they were drugged and gang raped by members of the football team, spurred a local investigation of the school. Last month, University President Royce Engstrom fired the football team’s head coach and athletic director. One member of the team, Beau Donaldson, was charged with rape and has pleaded not guilty.

Missoula Police Chief Mark Muir said the number of sexual assaults per capita in the town is at or below average the number for similar college towns, Reuters reported. There are about 15,000 students on campus.

But  Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez, head of the Justice Department's civil rights division, said in a press conference Tuesday that the investigation's primary focus isn't the number of allegations, but rather the response.

Missoula County Attorney Fred Van Valkenburg vehemently denied any wrongdoing and said the federal probe represents an overreach of the government that sets a dangerous precedent, Reuters reported.

Attorney General Eric Holder has ignored the information given regarding the massive Raped in Montana. Lincoln County, Ravalli County, Missoula County and more. The Judges protect the Criminal.

Attorney General Thomas Perez, Montana ACLU, County Attorney Fred Van Valkenburg, The Missoula Police Department, the have all known for years. I for one sent them all information. Michael Spreadbury has talked to the University of Montana over and over about what is going on and they refused to listen.  Rape is Rampant in the State of Montana and it never seems to be prosecuted. The Department of Justice should contact cops who have left the state, one I know of involved in the Rape Scandal in Eureka years ago with the wrestling team.  Many Montana cops are horrified at that Rapes, and they the Power Structure, Attorney General and Good Ol' Boy System repeatedly protects the rapists, the stalkers, the criminals and they make the victim look like the Criminal.  The even get Judges to give illegal protective orders that protect the stalker from the victim, instead of the other way around and refuse to give mutual protection.

Yes " failed to properly investigate dozens of sexual assaults", Missoula, Libby Montana, Hamilton, Eureka, and many more Montana Towns have failed in the same way.  The authorities fail to look at Internet stats, they refuse to acknowledge rape kits, they protect the rapists over and over.  One Stalking led to a murder in Kalispell a couple of years ago. On Christmas Day...

The University of Man, sits back while this happens to people like me, and all I was doing was reporting on Rapes in Ravalli and Lincoln County and I Was Igored.  Rape Advocates called me, victims and cops called me, Rapist taunted me, and for years I have been harassed all because I spoke out about MASSIVE rapes in my Home State.

Do NOT ever Believe that the Missoula Police, the U of M Police, the Montana Governor, the Montana ACLU or the Montana Attorney General did not know, they have known for years and failed to investigate.
