The University of Montana is supporting other crime: that of a 2008 Montana Law School graduate, Angela Wetzsteon. Ms. Wetzsteon's supervisor was George Corn the former Ravalli County Attorney for 20 years. Mr. Corn has a close friendship with Max Baucus.
Max Baucus is showing is that he is on the in, we are out.
Former Dean Eck took a payoff position instead of pulling Wetzsteon's JD from UM Law.

Praising the University of Montana President is like praising Obama for wanting to circumvent US Congress in appointing positions, or circumventing the US Constitution to unlawfully detain American Citizens.
As the UM football program desires more players like OJ Simpson, it should not be a surprise that a natural progression is that a crime wave overcomes the Missoula Campus at UM. The problem arises as Obama's campaign manager lifeblood to a personality is his connection to UM Missoula and the Grizzly football program. What is Royce to do?

The University of Montana is supporting the criminal act of Angela Wetzsteon online with University resources. It allowed a current and un-named employee to make death threats, up until that employee was so emboldened to threaten a party to a federal lawsuit out of state, and bragged that they would intimidate (etc.) them from the public gallery. The US Judge forwarded the threats (most likely from the UM campus) to the FBI and disallowed his "visit".

I attempted to speak to Royce Engstom about Angela Wetzsteon, the employee, and was met with a phone call from the UM Police telling me not to contact President Engstrom's office (as any member of the public can, and is encouraged to do). I'm also an alumni who will not support UM as long as criminal behavior is condoned, accepted on the Missoula campus.
Why would anyone praise a person who is responsible for the criminal climate

So Mr. Engstrom, as a former science professor, how much feedback do you need that your campus is suffering due to YOUR decisions to condone criminal behavior. Are you liable to the public who pays your salary, or are the public too stupid to understand that you should not be praised for your actions in Missoula, but blamed. Crime does not pay, and Montana taxpayers support your University in Missoula MT. Your staff should answer to the public, not continue to hide criminal behavior.

So Mr. President, as an alumni and victim of Montana Grizzlies, what do you plan on doing about your University in Missoula, MT? I would recommend postponing the Washinton-Grizzly Staduim lights, and asking your Law Dean, former clinics director, or even the Montana Attorney General to stop protecting Angela Wetzsteon's crime, and uphold Montana Ethics Rule 5.5 of not supporting anyone's unauthorized practice.

Mr. Engstrom, how many phases of an investigation do you need? Are you truly hoping and thinking that no one will know about the crime allowed on your campus by you? Are formal investigations only needed to appease the stupid sheep that worship you although you allowed these crimes to happen by allowing criminal elements on the campus, for political favor, and money?
You begged and prodded and leveraged for this President job at UM Mr. Engstrom. Bet you'd trade UM president for a Chem lab any day. This is your bed, and now lie in it.
You allowed criminal athletes to bolster the UM football, and allowed a criminal act with a former law student to build your $40M law school. I've got news. Its still ranked 172/200 by the ABA who looked the other way for standards violations at the Montana Law School in Missoula MT:
