President Engstrom's staff were stupid enough to allow confidential public information to be accessed improperly. There was no valid subpoena issued from a court, merely invalid paperwork from a "top" firm in Missoula filled with mostly UM law grads. If the UM registrar had proceeded, the University of Montana would not enjoy any public funds. Here is the proof that this activity occurred:

Dear Mr. Engstrom, since I cannot communicate to you due to threat of your chief legal counsel (David Aronofsky's job was at stake) and UM police for merely attempting to meet with you, perhaps this blog will suffice to get this message through online.
My ultimate goal is to shut down your law school for allowing Angela Wetzsteon '08 to prosecute unsupervised, a criminal act. White House staff who are on your alumni board, namely Mr. Jim Messina '88 orchestrated (and covered up) the criminal activity. As soon as your university release any confidential education records or information [and lets state clearly that I have nothing to hide] I do not stop until your University no longer receives public dollars.

Just for clarity Mr. Engstom, the $9.9M from the National Institutes of Health is public funds, as are those that come from the Montana Legislature, and those from the US Department of Education. I returned a letter from the UM legal services, due to them being unprofessional, threatening, and covering up a current University employee who is harassing, and making death threats (he did this on a University of Montana telephone at work) to a contributor to this blog network.

Your oath to secrecy and abuse concerning the $40M expansion of the Montana law school is disgusting. If I learned anything in Education School in Missoula it is that people like you are completely fake, and hide behind your power structure in the 48th ranked state in the union for justice.
