Royce Engstrom amazes me at how stupid he thinks people are; it comes with the territory in Montana, and especially people who don't belong in these positions because they lose sense of self, and urgency with what he particularly needs to do. An about face is needed with the sexual predation on campus, more so than the new "sanctions" on the annual Foresters Ball on campus.
As disabling drugs and sexual assault made Royce Engstrom call for renewed efforts to stop the "predation". Unfortunately for Royce Engstrom sexual assaults ARE PREDATION. Other forms of predation on gay people (my blog host) also make it a hate crime to have online predation known to the highest levels of UM and Royce Engstrom done by a PAID UM EMPLOYEE.
Perhaps it is time for the UM trained educator to school Mr. Engstrom the former Chemistry Prof....

Here is your example of YOUR employee conducting Internet predation (which has included death threats) while being paid by UM Missoula: also well known like the sexual assaults on campus.

Yes Royce Engstrom sure knows how to keep professional staff on the Missoula Campus at the University of Montana. Should we expect the UM Staff to meet the standard of overcoming this "scandal" of sexual abuse?
As the UM Police are used for unlawful purpose of keeping away UM alumni who wanted to inform you, in a private manner about the concern of this same employee, perhaps we should turn to the courts if we cant get such professionals as yourself, Royce Engstrom to stop the criminal, corruption and dangerous forces running wild on the UM Missoula campus. This blog network has sought the UM Missoula campus attention to the criminal activity for the past three (3) years.
Covering up criminal activity was Nixon's downfall. You thought that covering up Angela Wetzsteon's unauthorized practice was worth a $40M law school expansion. The Law School is ranked 172/200 and the world knows about Angela Wetzsteon '08.

I hope you liked your employee's comments, Mr. Engstrom. I think the general public will. Use of your UM police and UM legal counsel office to threaten me, or defame me make you look like an ass. It is also called Government fraud (#1 criminal priority of the US Justice Department) and color of law violation (#5 priority from above).

PS: Royce, if you honestly believe the Montana Public (who support your school via state taxes), and prospective University of Montana Students will believe that your campus didn't mess up a sexual assault or rape issue, then how did an alleged perpetrator get out of the country? Perhaps UM Police Chief belongs on a golf course in Arizona instead of allowing crime on campus! Does the Kaimin get points for sycophantism, or are they just practicing for when they are "real journalists"?

Angela Wetzsteon has been protected by the ABA, Baucus, and the Attorney General.
