It has been published that the University of Montana Missoula has lost 4.5% enrollment for 2012-2013.
Since Royce Engstrom did not take action on campus sexual assault, the lost revenue and cuts to the budget of the University will be on Engstrom's head.
The reason Royce Engstrom could not feel the need to do anything: he has a former White House staffer on his alumni board. Royce Engstrom felt he could look the other way and be protected. Who wouldn't feel powerful as the man attempting to re-elect the president is on your staff?

Royce Engstom was also aware of the Montana Law School being ranked last in the nation, but finding $40M for the expansion and bringing in a new Dean who will not meet with the Montana Public who pay for the law school through state taxes.

Royce Engstrom edged his way into the Presidents job for the pay, and the people who pay his salary get jipped--we have a man who did not take the leadership position seriously, and allowed the abuse of his own students for the benefit of a football team, and national ratings.
Now the school has a national reputation as allowing sexual assaults care of Royce Engstrom UM president.
The secondary blame of the University of Montana assaults is a guy running for Montana Governor. Steve Bullock is in charge of Fred Van Valkenberg the Missoula Co. Attorney who looked the other way for the Montana Football players, gave them deals, and refused to prosecute perpetrators on the UM campus.
Stupid is a Royce Engstrom did. Now his school will have to deal with a bad reputation, and the worst law school ranking in the United States.
