Royce, I am truly sorry about the Grizzly Basketball loss at the NCAA tournament.  It could be a reflection of the health of your campus.

You see, Lehigh just beat Duke in basketball 75-70.  Lehigh University does not allow staff to intimidate people, and it does not allow rapes on campus.  It even has a depressed steel industry in its valley. 

Let this be a lesson to you Royce Engstrom.  Allow criminal athletes, and allow criminal foreign exchange students on campus (and allow them to escape justice) and you get appointed to a DHS committee.  Please tell Janet Napalitano your campus needs to be safer.

PSST! Royce, you forgot to fire Irma Russel, Dean of the Law School; she neglects to meet with the public (who support UM via taxes) and the school creates criminals: it is ranked last in the nation 172/200 like Montana is 48/48.

Your enrollment in Fall 2012 will reflect the problems the University of Montana refused to face.

No Wonder University of Montana President Royce Engstrom DOES nothing to Protect Those Who Expose Corruption. University of Montana President Royce Engstrom Ignores Human Rights, Condones Stalkers, and Now is Working with Homeland Security, What a Racket.

It sure would be nice if the University of Montana President Royce Engstrom cared about his community, protected his students from harm and if Homeland Security would look at the Massive Corruption in Montana. Instead it looks like they just get cozier. Royce Engstrom is not paying attention to crime on his own campus and now is part of a newly formed council, the Homeland Security Advisory Council. This is Shocking, God Help You All. The University of Montana is not a safe place to got to school, in my opinion. This is so wrong, Royce Engstrom SEES plenty and "Snitches" on nothing. I have given them years of proof of corruption, as has Michael Spreadbury and we are shut down at every turn in trying to do the right thing and trying to "See Something, Say Something" and they are not listening. Royce Engstrom is NOT Listening.
